Terrible Service

So on the 3rd of May 2015, I went to the Vodacom store in Tzaneen with my mom to get her iPhone 6 booked in for repairs. This lady Bonita offers us help & she gives my mother a form to fill in. She tells my mom that it will take some 21 days for her to get her phone back because they have to send it to Vodacare in Polokwane. Before we leave I ask her if she made my mom fill in an insurance claim form seeing as we have our phones covered by Vodacom's insurance. she looks at me like I'm stupid like I don't know what I'm talking about & she says to me \yes
