Terrible service
On Friday 30 November I went to the vodacom shop centurion mall lower level to convert my talking points for a cellphone. I waited for more than 30 minutes to sort as the system according to the sales guy wanted to charge for the phone requested and wouldn't cancel the order to try another device. I eventually left the store and I was promised a phone call but no one has been in touch. What's the use of talking points when you cant even convert?
