Terrible Service
I bought products on the vodacom app (black friday deals) on the 25th November 2023
Until this day 21st January 2024, no delivery of my items was made. I sent countless emails to the *** email address with no response until this day.
Online purchases(not cellphones and laptops) has no direct line to call but you have to email and get no response
Terrible service if i must say so
