Terrible service

<p>I submitted a claim for my ****** Laptop I'm January 2016,vodacom insurance declined my claim due to the case number being supposedly incorrect</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been fighting and fighting for more than a year and still they do not care about me as a customer yet they still deduct their installment every month</p> <p> </p> <p>So I am paying for nothing</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very upset!!!!!</p>
