Terrible service

i have been called by vodacom sales person asking me if i will be interested in wifi router, i agreed, i was told it will be delivered in 3 days, its been 10 days since i received the call, when i call them they tell me that Ram couriers says they cant locate my address, its a bit weird because the very same ram courier delivered my dischem parcel two weeks back and am still at the same address, this is putting my business on hold as i have cancelled the data contract i had thinking that i will be having the wifi by now. what was the reason for calling me and sell that to me? i never even received a call from ram couriers asking for directions
