Terrible service

Premature upgrades - wrong order and never dispatch items. Been waiting almost 2 weeks now. Could have just as well waited until january to upgrade. Very disappointed. Every time a different story. They do not contact you should something go wrong with the order. It's a mission to find out what is going on. Still haven't received our order that was promised to be delivered on Monday (4 days ago). Now there is apparently another mistake with the order - they cannot dispatch. Been on the phone for about 2hours today trying to sort it out. Still not sorted.
