Terrible service
<p>My phone was sent to "Ramez Cellular Communication Services cc T/A VodomRepairs Sandton" by Vodacom Rosebank for a repair job. Since the 06/02/2016 I am yet to receive communication from either of the entities, but I have been following up with the "Ramez Cellular Communication Services cc T/A VodomRepairs Sandton" and until today they have not released my phone back to Rosebank where I can collect. Their reasoning is that I need to send them proof of payment, which I did three days ago and they can't find this payment even if I used the job # as the ref as per their prescript. </p>
