TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

The last few months I have encounted the worst service from Vodacom. Last night was yet another night that I couldn't use my phone to recieve calls or make calls. The phone keeps on giving me the error NO NETWORK COVERAGE. This is starting to happen more often and my phone is more off than what it is on. As a paying contract user (and a user for many years) I find this TOTALLY unacceptable. Should I not pay my account at the end of the month Vodacom will be fast to say that I am in arrears, but how does it work if one doesn't have access to the network you are paying. PLEASE DON'T SEND ME A MESSAGE BACK SAYING "WE WILL DEAL WITH THIS AND APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!!" I would like to have the problem fixed and I stronly feel that I should be compensated for the time that I have not recieved on my contract. I await your prompt response. Your reply to this will determine if I'll be renewing my contract later in the year with Vodacome. This service is very unprofessional and this is not what consumers are paying for.

Reviewer Update

According to Vodacom this has been dealt with. However, the problem still persists that my phone is off most of the day. I have had the query sent to solutions and still the problem persists. When calling Vodacom they say they have no record of any calls. I am extremely upset with the process and customer service at Vodacom. No staff member is willing to help. One stays on a call centre line for 15 minutes at a time. I await a prompt response from Vodacom and demand my contract to be cancelled on Vodacoms expense.
