Terrible service

<p>I have been a client of Vodacom since 1994 with several contracts.</p> <p>I have tried to apply for another contract for 4 weeks with Cheslyn and Helgard with no luck up to now.</p> <p>After spending an hour at Vodacom again on Saturday, I was informed that more documents were needed for the application. It is unclear to me how this was not communicated to me as I was in the shop several times. Unacceptable, unprofessional and totally a nightmare to deal with!</p>
