Terrible Service
<p>Get your QA department to go listen to the calls. your consultant was extremely rude and unhelpful. she obviously hates her job. i can handle the bad service because i already expect it from vodacom but her putting the phone down in my ear is inexcusable. she needs training and i need feedback. </p>
