Terrible service!!!!

<p>I placed an order online with vodacom more that a week ago for my wifes birthday (cant even rate the service BAD) on Monday 31st October, we received the phone on the Monday after 17h00, the person delivered the phone said the phone will work in 5 hours time.... On Tuesday i phoned for them to activate the phone they said it would lake 24 hours, today phoned again after holding on for 20 min got cut off and had to phone again hold for another 10 min for someone to tell me the request never went trough on there side and will now be put in again and i should be able to use my phone on Friday.... I have never received this bad service from Vodacom BAD/BAD/BAD!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
