Terrible service

Vodacom as the worst customer service ever these agents are so rude I think if they working from home they not taking their jobs seriously.

I called them cause I had an issue on my contract but they spoke to me anyhow and the president gave companies instructions and they also gave us instructions to sit at home for the lockdown if we not doing anything essential.

So vodacom wants me to leave my house during the lockdown and wants me to get a bank statement from the bank and they dont want to take responsibility of what ever happens to me while going to get the statement.

And they also going against our president cyril ramaphosa by not respecting his lockdown rules
