Terrible service

<p>I went to a vodacom store to purchase a cover and screen protector for my phone. After they put the screen protector on my phone I noticed it was not stuck on properly and kept coming off so I took it back to get it sorted out. I spoke to a lady (the manager) about the issue and she had the worst attitude towards me, no apology for their mess up, just a refund and go. Absolutely shocked that vodacom allows this kind of customer service especially from one of their store managers.</p>
