Terrible Service

In April this year i was eligible for an upgrade on one of my cell phone numbers, i then called in to cancel the one contract due to previous bad service, i then got through to a gentleman called Bongani who was great and offered me a great deal of R110 airtime 250mb data and 50 smses for R79 a month to me that was a deal not to be missed. I made sure that i asked him a few times are you sure it will not cost me a cent more than R79 a month and he on numerous occasions assured me that that was the price no extra or hidden costs. To my surprise i got a quote an hour later and the amount on the quote said R137.50 a month. I immediately phoned back as this is a famous trick that vodacom plays on you assured you of the price and then it costs more. Anyway when i phoned back i spoke to Pinky and asked her if i could speak to Bongani but apparently none of the Bongani's at the company had spoken to me. So i asked her to please go ahead and again cancel this contract. Again no luck anyway eventually i got one of them to send me a letter to cancel i then completed this letter with a copy of my ID and i emailed it back to the retentions department. But again this month they have debited my account and gave me airtime what must a person do to get rid of these contracts???????????????
