Terrible service

<p>I have had the worst experience ever with Vodacom ,I have been a Vodacom client for the past 9 years.</p> <p>This has been by far the worst experience, somehow Vodacom’s new system is not working for them CUSTOMER C3D</p> <p>The initial mistake came from Vodacom’s call centre who sold me a data deal and instead of sending 1 device they sent 2,</p> <p>Now my phone has been ****** and Vodacom the company that claims to be the best has a system that does not work ,</p> <p>They are unable to upgrade me or do my sim swop from Friday 12/8/2016 up and until now, because there is an open application on</p> <p>Their side and they can only help me until they collect their modem which in the first place is not even my problem, but their mistake.</p> <p>I spoke to many people from the call centre none of them have any idea what customer service is ,they promise to call you back and don’t,</p> <p>I have to keep calling them back. The sad part is that the poor service is coming from the team leaders , now you are a team leader and cannot keep to times</p> <p>And don’t call a client back with feedback what do you think the staff under them are doing. Really disappointed with the service, I explained that I use this number</p> <p>On my business cards and needed the simswop urgently TBOKO promised to call me yesterday before he left to go home and never did ,and to think that I was referred to TBOKO when team leader Marshle failed to return my call …. Apparently Tboko is Marshle’s manager… I can only see a chain of *********** people !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
