Terrible service

<p>hello<br /> <br />I was applaud by the service I received yesterday. While I was porting to Vodacom. Now I'm nervous about my move to Vodacom if service will be like this.<br />The customer representative in this branch did the following <br />1. Served other clients while he was put my case aside each time the he was attending to other clients. So I waited each time. Taking my case longer to resolve<br />2. Took personal call in front of me the client. <br />3. Did not know the procedure to porting from one service provider to another. <br />4. When I stated I wanted to complain his response was "good luck"<br /> <br />He was unprofessional to me as a returning Vodacom customer. <br />Will be waiting for your response to this. <br />I do not think he gave me his right name but I do know they have cameras and I have the time of my departure from the store. <br /> <br />Thank you</p>

I sure hope I'm contacted soon because on July 27th
I ended up leaving without the porting incomplete because the customer rep did not know whether it was successful or not. Leaving my vodacom simcard that i was not sure whether the porting was successful or not. Clearly stating to the rep that I would return to pick it up if the porting was successful. Sure enough the process completed that night.
The following day the (28th) i returned to pick the sim card. When I arrived , never mind no one bothered to ask if we need help by one of the employees who seemed to be doing nothing.

I then approached another rep who was free. As i explained to him why i was there. He immediately yelled at me. Then called the rep from the day before and both ganged up on me. I too , was now upset.
At this point we were referred back to the rep who attended to me the day before. He refused to test the sim card stating they had no equipment to open my iPhone’s simcard holder. As to why vodacom does not have an iPhone simcard holder is a mystery to me.
He then proceeded to threaten my brother who asked why vodacom a phone shop did not have equipment to open iPhones.

These reps were highly unprofessional to me as a returning Vodacom customer.
I thought vodacom’s mission statement is as follows.

"VODACOM is a winning company where everyone is imbued with a spirit to win, to be passionate in whatever we do, to be the best, to never give up, to work harder than anybody else, to know that our best is better than anybody else's best.
VODACOM is a respected company where honesty, trust, good faith, and professionalism are the cornerstones of how we do business.
VODACOM is a caring company that cares about what it does and how it does it, which is always fair, and that respects every single person. Sincerely caring about everything we do every minute of every day, is our way of life."

I did not experience any of this.
