Terrible service

<p>I did an upgrade on 2 of my numbers. This was done on Monday, delivery was promised in 3 to 4 days. On Saterday after 5 day no delivery was made. Calling customer services they claim that they can not help! Asking to talk to a supervisor was unsucessful. I was advised that the supervisor would call back in one hour. After 10 hour I'm still waiting. Calling this customer services is a disgrace.</p> <p>Do not promise somehing you can not deliver on.</p>
