Terrible service

For the past 36 hours and counting we've been without fibre connectivity. Multiple calls to the callcentre and yet unable to log an actual fault as they keep on saying there is a general outage. No warning of the outage and the duration of the supposedly planned maintenance. But yet they mailed 3 months in advance of their planned increase for their "non service". If I look at the count on poor reviews on Vodacom, I'm sure they don't even bother to look at complaints on platforms like hello peter. I guess they get their queue on client service straight from our National government.
