Terrible Service.

<p>Around the 11th of May my Cellphone couldn't connect to any network, after battling for a few days i decided to send it in for repairs.</p> <p>While at the repairs they contacted me and told me that my cellphone had been blakclisted.</p> <p>I phoned vodacom to try and find out what was going on, it was confirmed that my phone had been blacklisted but the only reason was "lost" no one could tell me when or where or by who it was blacklisted??</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then told I had to get an Affidavit from the police saying that I hadn't claimed from insurance for the phine, a copy of my ID and to comnplete an Unblacklisting form, After doing all of the above I submitted it to the blakclisting department.</p> <p>I received an automatic reply telling me I would be contacted within 48 Hours, this was on Thursday the 2nd of June.</p> <p>on Tuesday the 7th of June I phoned to find out what was happening. I was then told that i had to send them proof of purchase... ( On a Contract phone???) or i could request that they send me the contract.</p> <p>I asked them to send me the contract on Tuesday the 7th of June. i Recieved and SMS saying I would be contacted within 2 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have still not been contacted and it is Friday now.</p> <p> </p> <p>All of this, but Vodacom still continues to debit me every month.</p>
