Terrible sales experience Liberty Mall Vodacom

Bad sales experience, the consultant **** to me and said I was due for upgrade, actually she said I was overdue for an upgrade. I only went into the store to make a sim swap. When I went back to the store to sign the contract, out of trust I just signed all pages. I was not yet due for upgrade for another month, she was just pushing a sale. The manager on the phone was no help at all and rude. The area manager said there’s nothing he can do. This is the Liberty Mall Vodacom branch in Pietermaritzburg. Never trust the salesperson
