Terrible Repair Service

I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 which suddenly turned off and would not respond again. I found that the phone is still under the 24 month warranty. I took my phone to the PMB Vodacom repair shop for booking in, this was on 10/12/2017. I was informed that the job number ********** 6 had been assigned to my phone and that the repair had begun on 13/12/2017 at Umhlanga repair center. I was then informed on the 19/12/2017 that my phone was ready for collection at PMB Vodacom repair shop. I went to collect my phone and was told everything is in good working order, the screen, main board and rear glass were replaced. When i got home and found the touch buttons were not working on the phone. I returned the phone the following day 20/12/2017 then told the phone will have to be sent back again. I received an SMS stating that repairs had begun on my device on the 22/12/2017 job number ********** 4 by Umhlanga repair center again. I phoned the PMB repair center to query the progress on the 03/01/2018. I was told that they had ordered parts on the 28/12/2017 and they dont know when it will be ready. I received an SMS on 05/01/2018 stating that my phone was on route to PMB repair center for collection. I phoned the PMB repair center on the 08/01/2018 to find out when my phone will arrive, they said that there had been a problem with the handset and that it would have to be sent to JHB for further repairs. I phoned PMB repair center again yesterday to find out what is actually happening to my phone 09/01/2017, i was told that a technician would phone me in 5 mins to explain what is happening, this was at 9:49. I phoned PMB repair center back again at 12:49 to follow up with this, i was told to phone the Umhlanga repair center directly on ********** 2. I phoned the Umhlanga repair center straight away and was told that a technician will call me back shortly. At 15:09 i phoned the Umhlanga repair center again to follow up, i was transferred to the repairs and no body answered. I tried again and still no answer. I called back at 16:09 and told the lady who answered that i will wait on the line to find out what is happening to my device. She went to who ever was working on my handset to discuss with them the details. She came back to me and said that they had managed to fix the phone and that it will be sent to PMB repair center ASAP. Today 10/01/2018 1 full month after the first time i sent my phone in for repairs on 10/12/2017 at 10:49 i received a call from PMB repair center to come collect my phone. When i collected the device i found that the sim tray was missing and thus the phone is useless to me. PMB repair center has ordered another sim tray for me and it will arrive tomorrow the 11/01/2018.

Is there no quality control carried out on these devices after repairs and before hand over to the customer? I am disgusted at the service i have received from the Umhlanga repair center and honestly this leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. I have 3 numbers with Vodacom and have always supported them as the BEST cell provider in SA, this point of view has changed after recent events and i will think twice before renewing my contract with Vodacom if this is the service i can expect.
