Terrible reception from Vodacom in Umlazi

Vodacom is becoming a very frustrating network to deal with. Since last week Thursday there has been very little to no reception at Prince Mshiyeni hospital in Umlazi. This is totally unacceptable and affects doctors and nurses at the hospital on the Vodacom network. Since last year we have had so many interruptions in reception in this area that I feel I rather start using other networks when my contracts expire. The only response we get from Vodacom is a lame apology and that they are aware of the problem and they are working on it. Staff wh9 are on other networks are not having any problems..

The reason is that the Vodacom network in the hospital is terrible. We can't make it receive calls or use our internet on the phones.i have sent numerous complaints since last year and the problem gets sorted out for a short period of time and the comes back. I don't see the point in taking out another contract with Vodacom. Since last week we have had no reception at the hospital and my complaints to Vodacom has been unresolved

Please cancel this order and I will cancel my other contracts and move to another network.
