Terrible pathetic service from Vodacom

Vodacom has the worst customer service you can imagine. I have had no fibre connection for over 5 days now. They said that a technician will be on site to fix the Fibre connection at 12PM today, this was after many delays and reschedules on their part. Now they do not answer their phones or respond to messages. Terrible service, all i can say is stay very far away from Vodacom. Im typing this because i see they respond, so RESPOIND TO ME!!!!!!!!!
