TERRIBLE!!! No one can resolve my issues!

First of all I had upgraded my contract which was due for upgrade in Feb 2017 it was an online upgrade which I’m very comfortable with and aware of all the t's & c's involved. My 20gig package was going to be activate on the 1st of the following month which was fine and my router was delivered promptly.

But when I received my bill I noticed the I had been charged for my previous months contract and been billed for the following months contract which really didn't make sense as it was an upgrade which starts on the 1st of the following month. So you either bill me in advance or at the end of the month. I had noticed that they also billed me administration charges which clearly states online that there are no charges when upgrading online. So now being very worried about what Vodacom has been charging me over the past couple months I've notice that the has been a Handset charge every month since October 2016 which I cannot justify??? (R70.18 incl. pm)

Ok so now my pain begins with numerous calls the Vodacom "CALLCENTER" spending a few hours trying to get this issue resolved but absolutely not joy. Eventually getting my upgrade reversed and the device returned. Everything seemed fine until I see that my contract upgrade is now showing Feb 2019 and contract end date has disappeared conveniently. I cannot even see my statements to see if anything has been anything resolved because from Feb 2017 my statement states the following "Statement is not available to Non MAH customers."

PLEASE!!! Instead of hiding all the issues SORT! the problems out we all get paid to do our jobs and also please don't get a call centre agent to call me who is not high enough up the ranking to sort the problems out. I do not want to be transferred to 10 different people only to get transferred back to the same department.
