Terrible no care attitude

<p>My wife paid up an account last year that vodacom could not provide us with a statement now that the account has been paid up it still has not been taken off ITC and its going for nearly six months now and when my wife called in she was told she needs to wait because of the process and a person on the other side that did not even care to try and resolve the matter resolved this is a week ago and we are still awaiting the letter to show that the account was taken off Itc. Vodacom is worthless and dont care about anything but them selfs and the people that work there are the same with a dont care attitude remeber without a customer there would be no vodacom.</p>
