Terrible network

Hi. In my household alone we have more than 5 vodacom devices. With EDGE its as good as my phone being off, with H i wont even be able to receive a whatsapp nevermind scroll Facebook. H+ works for a few minutes than i have to switch mobile data off and on again. Calls are getting cut. Many in this area complain. I complained many times on the vodacom site. Someone even came here to test. He said theyll fix it. But its gone terrible. I won't even dream of LTE here because even 3G is useless. Vodacom is becoming the worst network . It was the best until about last year. Please assist
