TERRIBLE & *****

<p>On 6/06 I changed my bank info for Debit Order from end June, spoke 2 Simpiwe @ 16:20 whom confirmed it. </p> <p>On 5/7 I noticed it did not go off my new acc. I saw V tried to take it again from my old acc. There were no funds & I was charged 4 unpaid D/O which V is responsible 4! I called & spoke 2 Phumlani –he said V will contact my bank & refund the amount & gave me a Ref Nr & told me I will be contacted within 48hours. Ha-ha </p> <p>168 hrs later (12/06) I was still never called. I called Again - spoke 2 Joseph. He checked Ref & said it was just allocated 2 some1 & I will be “called within 48hours”. Wow - is that all they can say? Why didn’t Phumlani tell me it will only be allocated 2 some1 after 7 days? Well either they can’t do the math / just **** ‘cos 240 hours (22/07) after above call & total of 408 hours after my 1st call I was STILL never called & it’s still not rectified at my bank as I was promised. Why is that? I gave the exact time of my call on 6/06 so that if they don’t believe me they can check it. We are told calls are recorded. I was also told that they will listen to the call. Be honest and say upfront it will take 3000 / 4000 hours instead if that is the case or that it would not be attended to at all, which seems more real. </p> <p> </p>
