Terrible inefficient service

I spent approximately 1 hour on the phone with Vodacom today the last lady I spoke to Nandipa said that she will call me back at 15:00…. Which obviously never happened. A 36 month contract suddenly turned into a 42 month contract. I spoke to 3 different agents who all dropped the call on me! I wish a manager or someone with a slight understanding of how a contract works can call me back
