Terrible, horrific, Awful service

I received a contract phone from vodacom on the 01/12/2020,i then called vodacom to inform them i did not receive the color i wanted and there was no charger,i asked them to come collect the phone. they did not come then complained on hello peter twice, on the 09/02/2021 i received a message with order k*** to say they have received their phone back ,but they continued debiting money from my account and i kept on reversing ,i received a call from debt collectors informing me i have been handed over,how can i be handed over for a phone i dont have.
