Terrible fibre service - occasionl lip services but nothing gets resolved

All my attempted communication to get my internet speed and lack of Voip service have come to naught. The customer service line is a joke. The only option that takes your call is, of course, the sales line . When that was answered and the person realised I wasn't needing a new contract, she simply hung up!
