Terrible experience

I have a bad experience with Vodacom Potcheftroom Mooirivier mall. I claim an insurance with them but it's been a week now since I've been running after them. Every time when I go to check for update no one has answers for me. All the do is to give you the attitude as if they are doing you a favor. I even asked for the insurance telephone no's and I called them myself and I got hold of them but after 40 minutes. The guy tried to assist me but the problem was the IME no was not corresponding because the phone I had before this one that is lost was faulty and they exchange it for me, he asked me to go to the store to get the proof that the phone was replaced. When I get to the store no one could assist me just to get that proof. The manager send me to the repair store to the lady call Anemarie but when I get to repair store and asked for Anemarie she didn't even have time for me or even to listen to what I have to say, the guy at repair store I don't remember the name he sent me back to the store. I was running around like a headless chicken. At the store they called Vincent the guy who helped me to replace the phone that was faulty because he is no longer working in Potchefstroom, and that guy help me and e-mailed them that proof of replacement. I sent The proof of replacement to the insurance, and they said that they will send the order form to Johnny and I give them Johnny's e-mail then I called to confirm with Johnny if he received the e-mail but Johnny didn't even wanna talk to me on the phone he just said to the lady who answered the phone "tell her I didn't receive the e-mail. It was like I am a nuisance to him. I went to the store to ask him personally but still he couldn't help me, even today it seems like my claim will not be processed. I even bought myself a small phone from pep store because I have missed lot of important calls. This is the terrible service I have ever experience. why are they selling insurances to us if we gonna struggle like this for something that we are paying for each and every month.
