Terrible customer service from Vodacom direct

I have been a loyal customer to vodacom and do not appreciate the lack of support and terrrible customer service. I have made numerous calls to vodacom call centre with regards to upgrades on our contracts and to date no one can help me with my request. I have been in communication for the past week asking to speak to a team leader or a manager for assistance and still have not yet received any call from any vodacom direct.
