Terrible Customer Service from Vodacom
I have phoned Vodacom on numerous occasions highlighting that they charging me a handset device fee, I have not take a device from Vodacom in the last four years. I am absolutely frustrated with their customer service agents give me different explanations. I just need the issue resolved.
