Terrible customer service from Vodacom

<p>I have had an ongoing query with them for more than a month now.</p> <p>I requested that they phone me to inform me once the query has been resolved because I need to know the outcome.</p> <p>I got an sms to say that the reference number has been closed but what does that mean?</p> <p>In whose favour was my query resolved?</p> <p>Shocking shocking service</p>
