Terrible customer service
What services is this, I have tried calling, it says the number is not available, I call, then I am on hold for how long, I am just trying to get a statement, but it is so difficult just to get a hold of you. but you are quick to send emails when it comes to getting your money but you can not assist someone to get your said money.
