Terrible Customer Service

Got terrible service from Leone Erasmus, Vadacom West Acres in potchefstroom. She ordered a samsung watch for my wife. After we waited about 3 weeks my wife went and collected the watch not knowing how much the watch will be per month. So i quered the amount as she is paying double the amount as advertised and she said to me my wife shouldnt have signed if the amount is not correct, she is only a consultant and can't do anything. Thats not customer service. She should lodge a query and try to find out why my wife is paying double the subscription ! She also stated she guess it was ons promotion. We ordered the watch while on promotion!
