Terrible customer service - constantly being sent from pillar to post

I logged a call with the Vodacom customer call centre in January and my query has still not been resolved but closed as advised by a service consultant in store.

Ref number: EC-0BD9-2EXHKK 1- ********** 646351

Every time I have phone the call centre the agents drop the call, or they transfer me to another department. When I actually do get assistance they phone my husband to do an account verification and after going through all that they transfer me to another department “ that will assist” starting the entire verification process over, never getting to the actual query wasting 30-40min of my time!

When I went in store to speak to a consultant they told me that the that the call centre was the only department who can assist due to the upgrade being an online order.

My Samsung S6's screen broke and it is still within the 1 year period for a free screen repair with Samsung. The only thing I need is a proof of delivery/proof of purchase from Vodacom to give to Samsung as proof that the S6 is still under the one year warranty. I spent 40min on the phone with the customer care centre and the call just suddenly cut which by now, is no surprise to me.

My 1 free screen repair will expire in April. It is so frustrating to deal with a big corporate company who has absolutely ZERO care for a customer after the contract has been signed.
