Terrible customer service

Hi…My name is Sibusiso and I was at one of the Vodacom shop at Highveld mall to port my number from Telkom to voda and I am not happy they way I was attended by one of their consultant…who told me she was tired physically and spiritually after that she told me she was going on lunch because the delayed sms response(I felt she was also agitated based on her facial expressions)…that’s when she also accompanied me to Telkom shop to verify my delay on porting which was still unclear. I felt I needed to beg for help they way I was treated…having to get such an experience to come back to as a customer…I am highly disappointed 😏😡😡😡😡
