Terrible Customer Service

I am so disappointed in the service I have been recieving from Vodacom the glen opposite dischem.Last week I called and spoke to Mpho asking her to assist me with the my contact she took my details n said she will call me back,no call back today around 09:30 i called she says she has my details she will call me back just now.At 13:30 I called asked for the manager which was Thabo the customer service from the manager is more terrible than the staff the way he spoke to me was very disrespectful. Vodacom the kind of managers you'll hire is a disgrace. I want a call from Thabo senior
