Terrible Customer Service and Support

I have been a loyal Vodacom Customer for 10years. This past month I have been very unhappy at Vodacom Northridge Mall and Vodacom repairs Mimosa Mall.

I had to phone Vodacom everytime - not once did they phone e regarding feedback.

I have sent several emails and made a few phone calls to get the store managers details, but I've only received his email. It has been six days and I have received NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER regarding my complaint.

My BRAND NEW Samsung phone was booked in as an out of the box failure. I was told that it would be tested in store, yet a few days after I heard it was sent to JHB. I was also told that everything will take 2 - 3 days. It has been 5 days now. My phone was booked in on a Sunday, only to be attended to by the Tueaday. oh, and then I was told I am responsible to replace my R200 screen protector at my own costs AFTER my phone was sent away.

I believe this lack of customer support and lack of explanation of procedures and information regarding processes and losses is AGAINST the Vodacom Customer Care Code of Conduct and Policy.

I have all complaints and information on my personal email, and as soon as Vodacom's "Email us" section on Vodacom Customer Complaints online is running, I will be forwarding all my emails to Vodacom Head offices.

At this point I am struggling with a loan phone that constantly turns off and reboots - how am I supposed to run my business properly? My old phone before contract upgrade has been given to the unpreviliged, so I am relying on this empty 2-3days phone back promise that Vodacom and it's employees are failing to comply by.

I expect a full refund on my R150 contract upgrade fee, as well as a new screen protector if I do receive a new phone.

I also expect a formal letter of apology from Vodacom Mimosa Mall Repairs and it's store Manager, and a good reason why I should stay a loyal customer with 2 seperate contracts with Vodacom Cellular.
