TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NON STOP ****S

So i get told some one will be in contact with me about my order from black Friday. Since its shows as successful on my side however you guys refuse to load it onto my contract. I have phoned in and been told it will be escalated and that i will receive a call. Nothing. I leave a review here and get told i will receive a call. Nothing. Your black Friday deals are nothing but ****s and your customer service is terrible.
