Terrible Customer service and issue remains unresolved.

<p>I am due for an upgrade on my contract, i was due November 2016. I went to Vodashop Lakeside mall in December and was informed that my contract was cancelled, this being without my consent, it was just cancelled by Vodacom for reasons unknown. This was December 20th, i was helped by a gent by the name of Johan Liebenberg (if i recall correctly). Due to it being cancelled by Vodacom, there was no upgrade date, he informed me that he has put in a request and it should become available within 48 hours. I was not given a reference number or anything of the sort. Fast forward 3 weeks to January 10th i went back to Lakeside mall Vodashop and i was told that the problem remains the same and that i should wait for the weekend and come in again and all should be resolved. So the Saturday January 14th i went to a Vodashop in East Rand Mall, where i was assisted and given a REFERENCE NUMBER 1- ********** 315348 and i was told that this is the only logged query for me and that nothing had been done prior to that day by visiting Vodashop Lakeside Mall. My phone has now been turned off as i paid DOUBLE MY BILL not being aware that there was a shortfall of R127 somewhere along the line as this did not reflect on my statements or invoices upon request via the Myvodacom APP. I have been a loyal Vodacom subscriber for 16+ years now and each and every time i am due for an upgrade i experience an issue. I would like to know how i am still connected to Vodacom seeing as i supposedly cancelled my contract 23 November 2016?</p>
