Terrible customer service!!!!!
I spoke to an extremely rude customer service agent this morning called Dimakatso. Extremely disrespect, condescending, *********** and I don't think someone so terrible at her job should take calls. This also shows that the training at Vodacom is pathetic. Vodacom is a terrible company with horrible customer service!
