Terrible customer service

I’ve app**** for a contract last week , I was told several times I’ll get a call back because the system was down … it’s been so many days and I haven’t received any feedback . After calling again the lady apologised and said she’ll call me today but still nothing, the lady had no customer care at all , she just kept yawning over the phone cause she was tired … ****** useless I tell you
