Terrible customer service

Contacted vodacom cancellations, the agent (Khoilisile - I stand to be corrected) assisting me was very rude and arrogant, absolutley disgusting service. My phone was ****** last year however the line is still active?????? i also need to cancel data which i never got to due to him not able to help find my data line number as you cant trace it with my ID number which i find impossible if your stores can do it!!!!! i was also informed that there is no manager or team leader for me to speak to ???? really????PLEASE HAVE A LISTEN TO YOUR VOICE RECORDINGS because what i experienced is NOT customer service.
