Terrible customer service.....

<p>So i get a call from Endrosha who was supposed to "help" sort out my initital problem, yet she cannot even undertsnad the problem and makes suggestions to inconvenience the customer even more. So i was expected to stop my life and drive to Sandton or cresta because Vodacom was unable to research prior to advertising their Black friday deals. This woman had an attitude and should not be dealing with customers who already had a bad experience................................im sure that Vodacom is capable of better service...........</p>
