Terrible Customer service

I've been a loyal Vodacom customer for some time now but only because I haven’t had any issues until lately…..

On 20 October I realized that my caller identity is not showing when I make calls. After phoning Vodacom about 4 times they identified some issue with my “CLIR” that has been deactivated by mistake (by Vodacom).

This was escalated apparently - ref number is:1- ********** 3818.

I’ve been phoning Vodacom twice a week since then just to hear the same soppy apology and that the issue will be escalated again with so-called promised feedback…..

On 14 November I went to twitter hoping that that would make a difference but only received a new ref number 1- ********** 8787. No further feedback whatsoever.

Today is close to 4 weeks later and I still have no feedback and no resolution!! Really, is this your customer service??

25/10/2016 – sms received
Your query has been escalated to a support specialist. Your ref number is:1- ********** 3818 Visit vodacom.co.za/help from your PC or cellphone. Thank you, Vodacom

14/11/2016 – twitter
Hi your query was escalated to our Back Office again & your ref is 1- ********** 8787. They will contact you. ^NA
