Terrible Customer Service

On the 23rd August 2018 I logged a call with Vodacom as I had no cell phone reception at my home. Vodacom confirmed that there is a problem with their tower and that they would escalate it. After more than seven months I am still experiencing that same issues. On the 1st March 2019, Vodacom's solution "expert" named Dane contacted me to tell me the issue has been resolved (it has not been resolved). I asked him "what the problem was, what was done to fix it and when did the technicians come to the site to fix it". He would not answer those questions, stating only that it had been resolved and then blamed the issues on load shedding ( even though load shedding started in December and I have been complaining about the issues since August). Dane then said that he would escalate my call so that my contract could be cancelled at not cost to me. I told him that I did not want my contract cancelled because I use my phone for work and that even if it was cancelled I would still have to pay for the phone so it would be pointless to cancel. Dane then accused me of doing all of this so that I could get a free phone. I have been a Vodacom contract customer for well over a decade, I have not missed a single payment in that time and this imbecile has the audacity to accuse me of wanting a free phone that is almost payed up anyway! I am beyond furious! How dare this person insult my integrity like that! I was never rude to Dane, I never used foul language nor did I insult him so how can he be allowed by Vodacom to speak to a customer like that! I asked to speak to his manager and I would not put her on the phone and said that she would phone me back (she still has not contacted me by the way). Does Vodacom not train their staff to deal with clients? And for the love of God, WHEN WILL VODACOM FIX THEIR ANTENNA??!!!!
