Terrible customer service

I had an uncapped home internet 5G contract. I work from home and my job consists of downloads and uploads all day. I moved to a different area and started experiencing connectivity problems. Upon calling Vodacom and after some investigation on their part, the Vodacom agent suggested I cancel my contract and re apply in order to get a 4G router. The contract was cancelled and my sim card is now prepaid. I called to apply for a new contract which will give me unlimited data with a 4G router. Only to find that you do not get unlimited data with a 4G router which I need to do my job. Now I'm asking to reinstate my contract, because it was cancelled on Vodacom recommendation. The assisting agent I spoke to on 14/12/2024 would put in the request for re instatement and call me. I received no call and do a follow up on 23/12/2024 only to be told there is no such request and being transferred from department to department with no one able to assist. There are no notes on their system which means I have to explain the problem every time I call. I am calling so many times that Vodacom blocks my number.

Your solution for me is to be inconvenienced and apply for a new contract, after a Vodacom agent recommended my contract to be cancelled. A way to show that you want to improve your service.
