Terrible customer service

<p>I sent my phone in for repairs as the phone lost service and the battery gets very hot. The phone has no physical damage exept for on the one corner the piece of the cover is off. This has nothing do do with the battery or the cellphone that does not get any signal from Vodacom. Vodacom now took my phone out of warranty and are preparing a quote to send to me because of the cover that is damaged??? I phoned *** and asked why this was taken out of warranty and they said its because of the cover, after i struggled with the helpdesk i asked to talk to a manager. They put me through to someone who then told me the exact same story about the cover. Then when i asked for more detail the "Manager" told me to phone ***??? I would like my phone to be fixed. Not to be ****med out of money.</p>
